What are your services?

We offer Same-day delivery and mail order for customers age 19+ living in Canada. Please read carefully the service areas below.

Do I need to proof my age when I order?

To ensure minors do not order cannabis from us, we require you send a photo of your ID for sign up to prove you are 19 years or older. We keep all approved IDs stored securely on our encrypted server and purge them every 48 hours. You can choose to send your ID document to our hotline on your first order, or email it to us. Our dispatchers will give you more detail when ordering.

Which areas do you offer Same-day delivery?

We offer Same-day delivery for customers living in Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Markham and Vaughan.

What if I live out of your service area?

So we offer Canada-Wide mail order service for all customers out of Same-day delivery areas. You will get your order from 2-4 business days.

What are shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for Same-day delivery with order over $80. If your order is lower $80, we offer affordable shipping fee at $10/order. 

We offer free shipping for Mail order with order over 150. If your order is lower $150, we offer affordable shipping fee at $15/order. 

How can I pay for my order?

For Same-day delivery, you can pay cash on delivery or via E-transfer before delivery. 
For Mail order, you can only pay via E-transfer before delivery. 
If you pay via E-transfer, please follow exactly the instruction provide by our dispatchers, otherwise we may cancel your payment and require another try from you.

Can I track my order if I use mail order service?

Yes, your order will be sent Canada Post Xpresspost. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be attached to your email order shipping confirmation.

How safely and discreetly do you ship my order?

At Ozone Discovery, your privacy is our top priority. All orders are packaged discretely in nondescript mailers and boxes. Each package undergoes quality control by our professional production team and is vacuum-sealed to ensure your package is scent-free during transit and upon arrival.

Can I get refund if I don't like your products?

Unfortunately, We do not accept refund or return anyway. So, please be consulted carefully with our dispatcher before placing order.
